Leipzig's first IRONMAN 70.3 runs a split transition — swim and T1 at Lake Cospuden south of the city, T2 in the QUARTERBACK Immobilien Arena car park, and the finish inside the arena itself. Each bag is dropped at the venue where you'll need it, and they close at different times on Saturday.
IRONMAN's colour-to-bag scheme is the same across European 70.3s, so this part is settled. Three bags, two venues, three different closing times — pack each for the discipline it powers.
Leipzig runs a mandatory Saturday check-in with the bike racked overnight at Lake Cospuden — there's no race-morning bike check-in. Registration runs Friday 12:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–18:00, with athlete briefings in German at 13:00 and English at 14:00.

Transition 1 and the white bag drop both open at 06:30 and close at 08:00, the pro men start at 08:00, and the age-group rolling start follows at 08:15. Bike and transition bags are collected from the arena between 15:00 and 18:30.

In the white street-wear bag, dropped at the lake before 08:00 on race morning. It's transported to the QUARTERBACK Immobilien Arena, so your dry clothes are at the finish, not back at the swim start.
The overall cut-off is 16:45 — 8h30 after the last athlete starts — and the finish line closes at 17:15. The swim cut-off is 09:25 and the bike cut-off 13:45. Bike and bag check-out runs 15:00 to 18:30.
Inside the QUARTERBACK Immobilien Arena — the run comes back into the arena bowl rather than finishing on the street. T2 is the arena car park immediately outside, so your red bag and your bike are both collected there.
